The Office Basics (officebasics.com.au) website is owned and operated by Office Basics. Your use of the website and purchase of any Goods/Merchandise (Products) is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, policies, safety instructions & guidelines, notices and disclaimers (Terms & Conditions) set out in this website or as supplied with the Products. You should read them immediately. Your use of the website or purchase of the Products constitutes your agreement to the Terms & Conditions.

The website is designed so that you cannot proceed to checkout and purchase items on this website without accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale. To proceed to our checkout area you must first acknowledge your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions by ticking a checkbox on our Shopping Cart Summary page, there is no other means on the website to proceed to checkout without completing this action first.

Office Basics reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Your continued use of the website after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to be bound by the Terms & Conditions, as so amended.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Orders may incur a delivery charge.
  2. Any accessories displayed are not included unless otherwise specified.
  3. Diaries and planners may not be available at all times within the life of a printed catalogue.
  4. Multiple discount price refers to price per individual item.
  5. Any errors and omissions will be corrected at point of order.
  6. Prices subject to change without notice.
  7. Legal and equitable title shall not pass to the customer until the full purchase price of any goods received by the customer has been paid.
  8. Returns of all stock items ordered in error will incur a restocking fee of a minimum of 10% or $5.50, whichever is greater and must be claimed within 7 days of purchase. Returns of non-stock items may incur a minimum of 15% re-stocking fee.
  9. Final Credits are subject to inspection of goods upon return.
  10. Product images are subject to change without notice and may differ in colour to actual product.
  11. Links to third party websites and use of logos have been authorised by the manufacturers. We take no responsibility for any threats received by using third party links.
